When the grinder is installed in the factory:

The bearing force on the ground of the factory and the floor area of the machine when it is running.

Hydraulic oil and lubricating oil selection, and must use new oil, the old oil contains impurities, easy to plug the tubing smoothness, affect the speed of the machine tool and the wear of the guide rail, resulting in machine crawling, precision lost. 32# or 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil is briefly used for hydraulic oil, 46# guide oil is used for lubrication guide oil, pay attention to the type of grinder, prepare enough oil;

Power line matching, if the wire is too thin, the wire will be hot, the load is too heavy, cause the wire short circuit trip, affect the factory power production;

When the unloading of machine tools is in place, it is necessary to ensure that the unloading equipment has enough bearing capacity and the passage has enough space for machine tools to move, so as not to cause the collision of machine tools and safety of personnel.

When the grinder is ready for processing:

The grinder is installed in place. Check whether the joints of oil pipes, wires and water pipes are locked;

When turning on the power of each driving part of the grinder, please use manual test first to ensure that the driving of each part has been opened.

Please pay attention to the steering direction of the spindle of the grinding machine. If the grinding wheel flange is loosened due to reverse operation, the precision of the spindle will be affected.

The matching of grinding wheel and processing material, the grinding wheel is just a knife of machine tool processing, different grinding wheel needs to be replaced in different materials;

The balance of grinding wheel, many enterprises do not understand the balance of grinding wheel, long-term use will aggravate the damage of the spindle; Result in grinding effect;

When grinding:

1. Check whether the workpiece is firmly adsorbed or clamped, and the distance between the grinding wheel and the workpiece

2. Observe the running speed of each transmission part and feed during processing to prevent accidental discovery

3, the workpiece after turning or shifting grinding, to disk and workpiece adsorption surface cleaning, but strictly use the air pressure gun to clean, air pressure gun is easy to blow dust or water mist into the guide rail of the machine tool, causing wear of the guide rail

Magnetic disk suction, oil pressure, grinding wheel, start and stop valve, water pump, shutdown order is start and stop valve, water pump, oil pressure, spindle, magnetic disk demagnetization.

Grinder routine maintenance:

1. Conduct garbage sorting on the grinding table and surrounding areas before work, observe the surrounding areas of the grinding machine to see if there is any oil leakage

2. Check the lubrication situation of the grinding machine guide rail at fixed point every week. If it is too big or too small, adjust the indicator according to the oil amount, remove the grinding wheel flange and do anti-rust treatment on the surface of spindle nose end and inner conical surface of flange to prevent the spindle and flange from rusting for too long

3. Clean the cooling water tank of the grinder every 15-20 days, replace the guide oil of the machine tool every 3-6 months, clean the filter screen of the lubricating oil tank and oil pump when replacing the guide rail, replace the hydraulic oil every 1 year, and clean the oil tank and filter screen

4, the grinding machine idle for more than 2-3 days without use, should clean up the work table and dry the anti-rust oil, to prevent the table rust.
