SKM25A machine is an intelligent CNC upgrade product based on the traditional ordinary knife and scissor grinding machine. It is mainly used for grinding the plane and surface of various knives and cutting edges. It can grind with large capacity without burning the surface of the workpiece and without changing the mechanical properties of the workpiece. According to the different clamping conditions and processing requirements of knives and scissors, types include Left-type grinding machine(SKM25W) and Right-type grinding machine(SKM25L).

The machine design adopts three-axis CNC, grinding head servo feed and grinding wheel loss automatic compensation; Workpiece tool holder rotation servo control; Table grinding operation servo control. Automatic multi-tool grinding, multi-station grinding, retain the precision mechanical copying system. Machine control system reserved for automatic loading and unloading of workpiece and robot system. Thus realize unmanned or one person multi-machine control machine.

This machine is widely used in various types of knives, scissors, hardware tools and other products such as cutting edge, knife edge, working surface grinding, such as civil scissors, garden tools, tableware, Chinese and Western kitchen knives, wood chisel, woodworking blades, agricultural tools blades, sickles, food machinery tools, tool hardware and so on.
